At Performance Work Rehabilitation, our multidisciplinary team helps you recover from injuries while building strength, flexibility, and endurance. We treat musculoskeletal problems and injuries from head to toe, including the neck, back, shoulders, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. Our physical and occupational therapy techniques, along with our work conditioning and work hardening programs, will get you back to your daily routine or work as quickly and safely as possible.
At Performance Work Rehabilitation in Tacoma, Washington, we accept workers’ compensation and most major insurance plans. We do NOT accept Medicare. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (253) 548-8400 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, and PayPal.

You will need a referral from your physician or medical provider (primary care doctor, nurse practitioner, orthopedic surgeon, podiatrist, chiropractor, etc.) for insurance to cover therapy treatment.
Performance Work Rehabilitation will accept a referral by fax, phone, email, or online from your provider, or you may bring the signed referral form with you to our office.
